CRC Event Suite for BusinessObjects Enterprise extends the flexibility and robustness of event based scheduling within Enterprise.

CRC Event Suite's Logical 'OR' of Events

Any combination of Enterprise events can be logically 'OR'ed together so that a job schedule is processed when any one of the events occur.

Two 'OR' event implementations are supported:

• A 'Base Event' is referrenced from a Forwarded Event or Recurring Event as its 'Target Event'.
  
  In this scenario, a job scheduled pending the 'Base Event' will run when the Base Event is triggered (and other schedule conditions such as time and other events are met). In addition, as the 'Target Event' of a Forwarded Event or a Recurring Event, the 'Base Event' is triggered when the CRC Event Monitor processes the Forwarded Event or a Recurring Event. To the Enterprise system, schedule processing is the same regardless of the source of the event trigger.
  
  
• Two or more Forwarded Events or Recurring Events refer to another event as their 'Target Event'.
  
  In this scenario, a job scheduled pending the 'Base Event' will run when the CRC Event Monitor processes any Forwarded Event or Recurring Event that references the scheduling event.
