System Migration moves your current reporting system's users and groups, folder, reports and report instances to the latest BusinessObjects Enterprise System. CRC has assisted clients in their migrations since March, 2001, and has migrated systems to Crystal Enterprise 8.5, 9.0, 10, and BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2.
Migration Preparation

System Deployment
begins use of the BusinessObjects Enterprise system as the replaced system is made inactive. Many clients continue to operate their current system as an online reference during the transition to the latest BusinessObjects Enterprise. CRC reconfigures the current system so that reports do not run, but report instances can be viewed, the Enterprise Desktop can be navigated, and system security can be examined to compare the old and new systems.

is enhanced with training on CRC's
Administration Tools. CRC installs our full set of tools on client systems so that we can ensure the BusinessObjects Enterprise system is performing correctly. Our clients continue to use the tools on a daily basis for system management and monitoring.
