Abstract:
The Enterprise Audit reports are great for determining who looked at which report. But
what happens when you're asked for a report of who is authorized to view
a folder's contents or a particular report?
This presentation introduces CRC's Security Extract tools, which extract "net rights" by user and group to an external database. The Security Extract database allows you to
write Crystal Reports about the access rights you need to document for compliance,
corporate governance, or security reviews.
Select users and/or groups, then folders and/or folder objects; select the level of "net right" detail you need (or specific rights such as "Export"), then run the extract. Build Crystal Reports to meet your exact security documentation needs.
